Full details of the venue will be provided on arrival at the meeting. A Mediterranean buffet will be served.

For our planning, please contact us by 10 December for each organisation with the number of people who will attend the social event.

For later on Berlin offers enough nightlife to keep you all happy. Popular areas to go out are around Savignyplatz, Hackescher Markt and Oranienburger Strasse (the location of the restaurant on Thursday night). For those who are staying and are interested in going out, we can also organise something together for Friday night.
